My food philosophy is this:

Eat foods that make you feel good.

So simple, right?! For me, this means lots of veggies, fruits, quality meats, goat and sheep dairy, CARBS (think: rice and potatoes!), nuts, legumes, and water!

It also means dessert, and a fancy cocktail when I’m feeling it, because that feels good too.

What it doesn’t mean for me personally is gluten or cow dairy (unfortunately, my body is not a fan and I get stomach aches).

So as a result, all of the recipes on this blog are free of gluten and cow dairy, full of nutritious ingredients, and really, really delicious (I promise!).
