For the longest time I thought that being healthy was only about diet and fitness. I would eat as perfectly as I could and workout at the gym until I was exhausted, but I was completing neglecting my mental health and wellbeing. I was stressed out to the max and obsessing over perfection with every meal I ate and every outfit I put on.

The Evergreen Lifestyle is all about giving ourselves a little grace. Nourishing our bodies AND our minds. Traveling and exploring nature. Always trying new things and learning and growing. Making GENUINE connection with others. Getting out of our own way so we can experience life FULLY rather than holding ourselves back for fear of what others might say or think.
